Mielenosoitus kokoontumisvapauden puolesta eduskuntatalolla ma. 06.12 2010 KLO: 14:00.

Tule paikalle puolustamaan perustuslakia.
Olen hakenut luvan 15.06 2010 mielenilmaukseen 06.12 2010 eduskuntatalon portaille, aiheena Suomen itsenäisyyden toinen muistotilaisuus. Helsingin kaupunki siirsi luvanhakemisen eduskuntaan, nyt tuli eduskunnan kansliatoimikunnalta käsittämätön kokoontumis- ja sananvapauden rajoittamispäätös. Itsenäisyyspuoluetta kielletään kokoontumasta 06.12 2010 eduskuntatalon portaille. Asialla on EU:n liittovaltion, Suomen osavaltion ylin poliittinen kerma. Suomi liittyi 01.12 2009 osaksi EU:n liittovaltiota, ratifioimalla Lissabonin sopimuksen.

Perustuslaillinen oikeus:
9 § Yleiset kokouspaikat Yleisen kokouksen saa järjestää ulkona yleisellä torilla, aukiolla, katualueella tai muussa sellaisessa kokoustarkoitukseen soveltuvassa yleisessä paikassa ilman omistajan tai haltijan lupaa. Omistaja tai haltija voi rajoittaa tällaisen paikan käyttämistä kokoustarkoitukseen, jos kokouksen järjestämisestä on odotettavissa kohtuutonta haittaa omistajalle, haltijalle tai ympäristölle.

站在新的历史起点上，领改革开放风气之先的广东，新一轮改革发展正风生水起，成就举世瞩目。后发展、欠发达的广西，如何进一步向广东学习，加快发展，科学跨越？
学习永无止境，实践永无止境。11月5日上午，广西党政代表团结束在湖南的学习考察后，马不停蹄，又一次奔赴广东取经。
代表团一行甫抵花城广州，就深入港口企业，开展考察调研活动。随后，郭声琨、马飚、刘晓琨、杨道喜、陈武、林念修等自治区领导，与汪洋、朱小丹、徐少华、佟星等广东省领导进行座谈。
邕江珠江水相连，壮乡百粤情深长。两省区领导畅所欲言，共同谋划加强合作之策，一起商讨加快发展之计，会场洋溢着浓浓的兄弟情义。

山水相连、人缘相亲、语言相通、习俗相近，使广西广东自古以来就有着天然的联系，感情十分深厚。
据不完全统计，从1996年至2007年，广东各界无偿援助资金8.4亿元，帮助广西推进扶贫开发和发展贫困地区教育事业；支持百色、河池两市异地安置贫困群众8万多人；为广西培训扶贫干部4977人次；实施经贸合作项目4928项，到位资金997.53亿元。
两广一家亲，兄弟情义重。
“广东的无私支持和巨大帮助，对推进广西的现代化建设起到了重要作用，广西人民深为感动，永远铭记！”座谈时，自治区党委书记、自治区人大常委会主任郭声琨话语动情，表达了壮乡各族干部群众的共同心声。
“我们此次访粤，一是学习广东实践科学发展观、促进科学发展的经验，二是感谢广东的支持和帮助，三是共同商讨进一步扩大两省区在各领域的交流合作，实现共同发展、加快发展。”郭声琨真诚道出此行的目的。
郭声琨说，作为后发展、欠发达地区，广西与全国甚至与西部地区相比差距仍然很大，与广东等发达地区相比差距更大，发展的任务仍然很重。推动广西科学发展、和谐发展、跨越发展，加强与广东的交流合作至为重要。
立足两广交流合作的现有基础和条件，郭声琨明确提出希望双方进一步深化拓展的合作内容：
——加强两广在公路、铁路、航空、水运等方面的合作，加快交通对接，形成网络完善、功能完备、高速安全、全面贯通的交通运输网络，实现两广交通高效畅通；
——在两省区城市间建立无障碍旅游区的基础上，进一步放开市场，加快构建省区范围内无障碍旅游区，同时加强旅游景点、景区对接联合；
——按照优势互补、互惠互利、长期合作、共同发展的原则，推动双方企业、产业合作。尤其希望广东支持推动劳动密集型、资源密集型产业向广西转移；
——以泛珠合作为起点，两广联手，推进泛北部湾经济合作，实现泛珠与泛北合作相互促进、良性互动；
——进一步健全两省区干部双向交流合作的机制，使广东更多的优秀干部到广西帮助开展工作，让广西更多的干部到广东接受挂职锻炼。
“广东广西过去已经有了非常良好的合作关系，相信今后也一定能够继续谱写两省区合作的新篇章。”中共中央政治局委员、广东省委书记汪洋表示，对两广加强合作、共谋双赢充满信心。
汪洋说，广东能有今天的好局面，除了自身的努力，是与中央给予的优惠政策、与包括广西在内的全国各兄弟省区市的大力支持分不开的。发达地区支持欠发达地区加快发展，先富帮后富，实现共同富裕，是一种政治责任。争当实践科学发展观的排头兵，努力成为提升我国国际竞争力的主力省、探索科学发展模式的试验区、发展中国特色社会主义的先行地，广东同样需要与兄弟省区市加强合作，互动发展。
汪洋赞同郭声琨提出的加强双方合作的建议，认为尤其应该将深化拓展两广交通合作、产业转移对接等作为重点，采取更务实更积极的态度，优先推进。
